My name is Suzy Yelich. I was born in Recife, Brazil and currently live in Atlanta, Georgia. My mission is to help adults and teenagers overcome their personal challenges and live a life of authenticity, presence, and peace through the use of Emotional Guidance.
I believe in the power of reprocessing emotions because I have seen it work in my own life. While I’ve been fortunate to experience a lot of love, my childhood was not easy and my relationships with my parents were strained. Those difficulties followed me into adulthood. I found myself facing frequent anxiety and panic attacks and getting stuck in serial toxic relationships. Over the years, I sought therapy from many styles of care providers. They offered compassion and sometimes even insight, but these approaches did not provide me the tools I needed to heal myself and move on.
It was not until I started working on Emotional Guidance that I found traction. Emotional Guidance helped me gain clarity about my own mind, so that I could understand WHY I was feeling and acting the way I was. Applying the methodology that Emotional Guidance provides, all my issues started to feel more manageable and contained. Getting a little relief can give you so much hope!
Since EG worked so well for me, I started to introduce it to others in my life, including a few people who had no faith at all in therapy. Astonishingly, even the greatest skeptics said they found EG original and valuable. Now it is my passion to introduce EG to others and help them use it to sort through their own fears, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
Suzy was born in Recife, Brazil and came to the U.S. in 2015. She holds a Brazilian certification in Constructive Reprocessing Therapy and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, daughter, and clumsy, endearing dog.
